In addition to his real estate expertise, Guy also holds a certificate III in Engineering (mechanical) and has spent many years working within the building and trade industry. This background has provided Guy with a unique set of skills that allows him to save owners in the rental pool the extra costs of having tradies attend to minor faults. Throughout his working life, Guy has achieved many milestones and held various roles. He became dual trade qualified as a diesel fitter and automotive mechanic and completed a Certificate 2 in Public Safety with the Queensland Fire and Rescue Service. In these roles, Guy utilized excellent communication skills and developed and maintained successful business relationships with staff.
