She has extensive experience in customer service, management of accounts, and maintenance, and is passionate about decorating and interior design. Kathryn's drive to succeed, excellent communication and organizational skills, and love of gardening make her a valuable member of the GKM team.

Richard is the Director of GKM at Ashmore and  based onsite at Madison Garden Villas in Ashmore. Richard is an experienced property investor and is a fully licenced Real Estate Agent.
